Baard operates the oldest environmental consultancy in Norway. He started as an activist in the NGO Bellona in the 80-ties, and has later worked as consultant, investor and business developer for several critical metals projects in Norway and the Nordics. He is frequently used as advisor to both industry and Government and has also had Board positions in environmental NGOs and in mining industry for iron ore and REE. He is a frequent speaker at CRM events around Europe as an enthusiastic promoter of the green transition and the metals that make it possible.
