Nicolas joined Recycling Europe in March 2026 as Policy Advisor. Prior to joining Recycling Europe, Nicolas worked for four years at #SustainablePublicAffairs, where he advocated for ambitious circular economy, carbon dioxide removal and water policies. A French national, Nicolas holds a master’s degree in Environment & Law from the University of Rennes I. He is a native speaker of French and fluent in English. He also has basic command of Spanish. At Recycling Europe, he is responsible for Recycling Europe’s ship recycling working group and leads the Ferrous Metals Branch.
